It does not replace emergency medical care and can be canceled at any time for urgent complaints by visiting the nearest emergency room. The practice reserves the right to cancel appointments in the event of repeated unexcused absences.

What data is stored during online booking?

As part of the appointment booking process, we collect your name, telephone number, and email address. This data is used exclusively for appointment organization and will be deleted in accordance with the GDPR after a maximum of six months, unless a statutory retention period applies. Data is not shared with third parties.

Is the practice considered a "telemedicine facility"?

No. Our practice offers video consultations in addition to in-person office hours, but remains a traditional medical practice with a fixed location. Telemedicine services are subject to the same professional and data protection standards as an in-person visit.
